Disappointing and High-Pressure Experience I recently visited to test drive a vehicle and discuss potential trade-in options. While the initial sales consultant was great, my experience became disappoint visited to test drive a vehicle and discuss potential trade-in options. While the initial sales consultant was great, my experience became disappointing when the sales manager Ryan got involved. He used high-pressure tactics, attempted to misrepresent my valid instant cash offer by over $2,000, framed a trade in offer equivalent to my instant cash offer as a big favor, and didn't seem to care what I had to say about the kind of vehicle I was looking for, pushing inventory I wasn't interested in instead. When I asked for time to look at other vehicles, his approach was dismissive and pushy. When making a major purchase, I expect a higher level of customer care. Other local dealerships and sales managers have demonstrated more transparency, attentive service, and respect for buyer decisions and I will be taking my business there. More
