Birmingham Luxury Motors has a great selection of quality vehicles! But better than that is their customer service! Jewel took care of us and treated us like family. Keith was my next excellent sales representative as he explained every question I asked as well as followed up with his explanations from the time we met until the time the deal closed. Also, as I was leaving he even got me going with my vehicle bluetooth. After finding out he was a prior military serviceman I should not have expected anything less. Kali/finance closed me out as she was so proficient and professional. Andy as well was awesome as he would not let me leave the building on our firest encounter without me being satisfied. Great team effort. To top everything off Birmingham Luxury Motors has a very nice selection of vehicles for all thats searching for vehicles. We scheduled a test drive/pick-up date and the car was ready and perfectly detailed when we got there. The signing process was painless and took under 5 minutes. All staff there that day were extremely friendly and helpful. We purchased our Tesla Model 3 and they even helped us with securing the $4k tax credit to be used as an extra down payment on top of our existing down payment which brought down the cost significantly. If you’re in the market, absolutely pay Birmingham Luxury Motors a visit! More

The car we bought was already priced well and they gave us an exceptionally fair trade in value on our current vehicle. We hadn’t planned on trading anything in when we came to this dealership, but they made a flair enough offer that it wouldn’t have made sense not to take it. I don’t think any other dealership would’ve given us as fair of a trade in deal. They also helped us negotiate a fair financing rate from the bank which really solidified purchasing this vehicle on the spot. Great experience. More

Purchased a 2022 Tesla Model S in March 2025 that was fraudulently represented as "mint condition." This dealership knowingly sold me a severely damaged vehicle and has stolen $584 of my tax money. ** fraudulently represented as "mint condition." This dealership knowingly sold me a severely damaged vehicle and has stolen $584 of my tax money. **DECEPTIVE SALES PROCESS:** Salesman Jimmy provided written confirmation of features (tilt-screen) that didn't exist. When I requested videos after placing deposit, they stalled for days then sent casually edited footage avoiding all damage. Should have been my warning. **VEHICLE CONDITION VS. PROMISED:** After holding my car for "final inspections" before shipping to SC, it arrived with: - Major front suspension issues (loud clanking) - Destroyed steering wheel - Water intrusion in taillight - Broken center console - Undisclosed collision damage to hood and rear fender - Missing promised tilt-screen feature Manager Andy's response: "Call Tesla, they'll handle it." **POST-SALE DISASTER:** - 5 days at Tesla Savannah for major repairs (complete front end removal) - 62 DAYS to register vehicle (they didn't file paperwork for a month) - Given illegal paper "temp tags" - was pulled over - 3 DMV trips because they couldn't properly file paperwork **FINANCIAL FRAUD:** BLM collected $859 for "state taxes" but never remitted to SC. I paid $884 again at DMV. They returned only $300, keeping $584 of MY tax money. This is theft. Or maybe they did pay someone. Who knows. Can't get ahold of them. **BROKEN PROMISES:** Manager Andy promised reimbursement for: - Paint repairs ($675 estimate provided) - Missing features ($1,000) - Travel expenses Claims he needed "management approval" despite being management. Last contact June 16, 2025. Total silence since. **CURRENT STATUS:** - Owed thousands in documented expenses - Vehicle still has unresolved issues - Have legal counsel - Going to file dealer bond claim **EMPLOYEES TO AVOID:** - Jimmy (Salesperson) - Lied about features in writing, said he verified things that weren't there, constantly said he would call me back and didn't, made it seem like I was a hassle for buying a car from him? - Andy Louima (Manager) - Makes promises with no intention to keep, constantly shuffles to "I have to run this up the chain" which is...uhhh...him? **BOTTOM LINE:** This isn't incompetence - it's fraud. They had the vehicle for days of "inspection," knew every issue, and sold it anyway. Then they stole tax money and disappeared. Do not buy here. Any other dealer would be better. More
