And I don't see his name on here but a big shout out to Scottie, he took me through my car and all its features ask for him as he knew exactly what he was talking about and had answers for any and all your questions about your new vehicle features More

I scheduled an appointment on a busy Saturday and was allowed to go and try to fit my carseats into the backseat and check out the space in the back of a 2016 Kia Soul. That all worked out great, so it was just a matter of waiting to decide to pull the trigger. Two months later, on another busy Saturday, I emailed Paul Johnson and asked a few remaining questions. He answered all of them. I told him that I didn't want to be waiting around all day with my two little kids, so he worked with me to complete all of my financing online. A few hours later I got a call letting me know that everything worked out and drove down. I came in (did wait 2 hours to see financing because it was busy) and just a few signatures later, drove away in my new car. It really couldn't have been any easier. More

Andy helped with the financing of the vehicle. He was great in making the whole procedure as easy and quick as possible while keeping me informed step by step. Scott delivered my new car. He sat in the vehicle with me and my two very small children while Alejandro helped with the carseats. Scott walked me through all of the features of the vehicle ranging from the technology to placing the floor mats. He showed me how to use everything and the resources that I had in case I forgot anything. He was very friendly and knowledgable, and I felt comfortable asking all of my questions without feeling rushed. I was treated very respectfully and feel proud to be driving a vehicle with Jeff Belzer's name on it! More

It may have had something to do with it being Boxing Day, but I kind of doubt it. The show floor was clean, and there is a waiting room with coffee, TV, and popcorn - just in case. I had previously only been emailing my salesman (Andy Brinkhaus) and must have emailed him 10 or 12 times before I was satisfied we had found the right truck. When we arrived, Andy greeted us like old friends, got us coffee & water, then walked us through our truck purchase. It was a busy day at the vehicle lot, but our financing was completed fairly quickly - within 45 minutes. We were greeted by our, for lack of knowing the actual term, concierge, Scotty - who sat with us until financing was ready for us. Scotty led us to the financing office where we met another Andy, who was pleasant and informative. After all papers were signed, Scotty met up with us to go over the features in our new truck and made sure we didn't have any questions before we left. All three helped us with great attitudes, zero pressure, and didn't even mind our noisy, pen throwing, 10 month old. Thanks guys! More
