We are moving into the Catonsville area so I asked Perplexity.ai for the best rated Subaru dealership there. Heritage was the answer. My sister also echoed their recommendations. May Farris promptly answered my online quote request and negotiated a very favorable deal on our behalf. They had the trim we wanted and we happily drove home, having traded in our 2014 Outback Limited XT for a 2025 model. How technology has advanced!!! Heritage and May have been SUPER responsive to several questions I’ve had since then and we look forward to many years of service with them. More

The worst to deal with. Sold car out from under an offer I told salesman I was accepting. I tried for 3 days to close the deal. They then tried to come back with a higher of Sold car out from under an offer I told salesman I was accepting. I tried for 3 days to close the deal. They then tried to come back with a higher offer. I had prior offer in writing. When I contacted mane ent to complain, they were non responsive and I was the one who found out they sold the car by checking their website, Manager alleges he didn’t know and blamed it on Comcast failure. Total xx. Who signs off on the deals? This, in my opinion, was classic bait in switch. These folks, in my opinion, are not trustworthy. More
