It was such a great experience that when I was unexpectedly T-boned at 60 mph, Totaling my brand new car, there was no question that my new car purchase would also be from here. The care and compassion that Joe Hill and Sunset Ford Waterloo has shown me through the second purchase has been nothing short of amazing. From our first phone call, Joe went right to work to find me the exact same vehicle. We live over an hour away and they did everything they could to make applying for financing easy. Under the circumstances, they were able to put the deal together And have everything ready to go so all I needed to do was come in sign the paperwork and be on our way. Being severely injured, Dealing with insurance companies, and navigating the purchase of a new car can be overwhelming. I can never properly express the gratitude that I have for Joe, Kyle, and Andrew for making this a no hassle process. More

I was in need of a new (but not brand new) and reliable car due to my old car breaking down for about the 15th time. I had previously had a very good experience at Sunset Ford in Waterloo with a great and car due to my old car breaking down for about the 15th time. I had previously had a very good experience at Sunset Ford in Waterloo with a great and friendly salesperson, Joe Hill. I'm sorry, but I just don't trust my Ford dealer in the town I live in. Joe is very experienced with selling cars, he's very approachable and helpful. I told him what I was looking for and he took us on a drive in a 2018 Ford Explorer Limited, and then he looked up the Carfax info and printed it out for me. Well, I didn't waste any time, this car has a 3rd row, power everything, heated seats, rode real smooth on the highway and backroads (like I said, Joe is experienced and he knew to drive it on roads other than the highway so I could see how it handles on different roads). I knew this car was what I needed and wanted. Got the credit check going and then it was time to talk to Andrew White (Finance Manager). He was very helpful and explained everything to me in a way that I understood, and gave me advice on the different interest rates and a couple different ways I could pay for the vehicle (I'll be honest, my credit card usage is pretty high and he did his best to get me the best interest rate and deal possible). Signed all the paperwork, called my car insurance company (Progressive, which I think is the best) and got the Explorer added to my policy, and I drove it home that day! I've been driving it for over 2 weeks and I LOVE my new car. I would highly recommend Sunset Ford if you're ever in need of a vehicle, because I know from experience you can trust them and they will treat you right! More
