NYE Toyota responded

Frank emailed me Wednesday night regarding the mileage error and Thursday @ 4:45 the concern was corrected. Our service advisor knows the difference between a 1 and a 9 but keyed the number incorrectly. We apologized a few different times and corrected the mileage error as quick as possible. We all worked hard on this, including Frank. We are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience and look forward to helping anyone who needs Toyota service. We have a great team in place. Come see why its gotta be Nye.

first of all please tell the correct information: I went to your service department on 10/31/24 And I notice the mileage problem the next day ! I called with my concerns, and it took more than 10 days to correct this. So please don't mislead people with your story.........
