Andrew in sales, the service team, and customer service desk were awesome, very pleasant to deal with and listened to my concerns and questions, no matter how small. They cleaned up the upholstery spots I noted, replaced my cabin air filter, even got me brand new tires when the ride was shaky during the test drive. Fast service, very responsive to communication, knowledgeable, glad for their help. My only reason for going 4 stars instead of 5 was having no choice in choosing to include the power train and tire warranties, but that wasn't Andrew's fault. Online price was listed as a little over $16k for the Honda Civic I ultimately bought, it was going to be an additional few thousand for "mandatory" warranties I didn't actually want. I was able to get the price reduced on those, but not wholly eliminated as I wanted. Online listed prices for cars on a dealer's own website should be what the buyer should reasonably expect to pay, even with taxes and fees, maybe with a slight differential, not multiple thousands more for items that should be entirely optional. Find Andrew if you need a car, he's your guy for great help and a personal, attentive touch. Highly recommend him! More

This is my 5th purchase/lease since 2011. Purchased a used 2019 Sentra that had only 4,500 miles on it. Was forced to pay an extra $4,000 for a CPO warranty. A few months later I read online Purchased a used 2019 Sentra that had only 4,500 miles on it. Was forced to pay an extra $4,000 for a CPO warranty. A few months later I read online that you can cancel the warranty and was also told by a person I know at another dealership that they have to cancel if you request it. They will lose commission so they will do everything they can to stop the cancelation. I went in today to cancel it and of course got the run around from the finance manager. Very greedy to ruin 11 years of business over commission on a warranty. I would not recommend this dealership and will not be going back in the future. More

I had a great experience at Route 17 Nissan! My previous car needed a lot of work done. Went to see Tony at the dealership to get that process started. Am told it’s going to take able 45 days. BEWARE! BEWARE!! BEWARE!! BEFORE YOU BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! READ EVERYTHING BEORE YOU SIGN! PLEASE BE WARNED! This is my third time buying a car at this dealership, figured I will have a good experience and I won’t entirely be lied to. THIS IS MY LAST TIME BUYING A CAR HERE!! Andrew (Sales Consultant) was nice, that’s all I got. Time to talk finance, I worked with Joe. I was quoted a high interest rate, with a finance company other than Nissan. That didn’t make sense to me. This is my fourth Nissan, I have always financed with Nissan and I have never been quoted such a high rate. Glad I spoke up on that. Eventually, I got a lower interest rate with Nissan. If the goal is to keep your customers happy and keep coming back, why won’t you just help find the best rate? This is the worst part, Joe asked if I planned to keep the car, I said yes, for a long time. The next thing he said was, I will give you extended warranty. I was told am GIVEN, yes GIVEN as in, am not paying for the extended warranty which is for the life of my loan. In the excitement, I didn’t read what I signed. Can’t stress this enough, please read BEFORE you sign. Yes, this is my fault, I should have read the entire page before signing. When I got home and reviewed the documents again, I found out I paid for the warranty and have a deductible! Reading through the documents, I found out the “Seller may retain or receive a portion of these amounts”. This is the kicker, the cost of the warranty is equivalent to my down payment. Seriously!!! That’s not a coincidence. That’s the dealership taking advantage of me. I won’t be coming back to purchase a car from this dealership ever again. If you find yourself buying/leasing a car at this dealership, please please and please READ EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU SIGN! I do take responsibility for not reading and paying attention as I should. With everything we have been through in 2020, I don’t understand how people can treat each other like this and think it’s ok. More
