Andrew in sales, the service team, and customer service desk were awesome, very pleasant to deal with and listened to my concerns and questions, no matter how small. They cleaned up the upholstery spots I desk were awesome, very pleasant to deal with and listened to my concerns and questions, no matter how small. They cleaned up the upholstery spots I noted, replaced my cabin air filter, even got me brand new tires when the ride was shaky during the test drive. Fast service, very responsive to communication, knowledgeable, glad for their help. My only reason for going 4 stars instead of 5 was having no choice in choosing to include the power train and tire warranties, but that wasn't Andrew's fault. Online price was listed as a little over $16k for the Honda Civic I ultimately bought, it was going to be an additional few thousand for "mandatory" warranties I didn't actually want. I was able to get the price reduced on those, but not wholly eliminated as I wanted. Online listed prices for cars on a dealer's own website should be what the buyer should reasonably expect to pay, even with taxes and fees, maybe with a slight differential, not multiple thousands more for items that should be entirely optional. Find Andrew if you need a car, he's your guy for great help and a personal, attentive touch. Highly recommend him! More
