Does Customer Service end after the sale? On June 29 I leased a 2019 EX hatch from North Shore. I was coming off a lease with Volkswagen and my salesman Andrew Perry stated to me that North Sh On June 29 I leased a 2019 EX hatch from North Shore. I was coming off a lease with Volkswagen and my salesman Andrew Perry stated to me that North Shore would return the Volkswagen for me. I informed Andrew that the car had to be returned by July 10th . -On July 3rd, I emailed Andrew stating that I had contacted VW and they have not received the vehicle yet. -On July 4th, Andrew replied that he would inform the lease return manager that the car must be returned by July 10th. - On July 22nd, I received a letter from VW stating that they still have not received the car yet. I emailed Andrew, and the following day he informed me that car was returned on July 22nd based on some dealers declining the return of the car. -On August 3rd, I received an invoice from Volkswagen for the late maturity fee and contacted Andrew. He forwarded my email to Manager Phil Harvey telling me to give Phil a few days so he can provide assistance. Andrew recommended contacting Phil afterwards , which I did on August 13th and August 15th leaving a voicemail on both occasions. It should not take 3 1/2 weeks to return a car to the original dealership that is located 20 minutes away from North Shore Honda. I still have not heard back from North Shore regarding this matter. More

Smooth. Professional and properly priced I am not a car aficionado and find leasing every 3 years a torturous experience. I knew Honda was a good car. I have leased 4 but since I am now retired I felt I owed it to myself to do a due diligence and get a good deal. I went to several dealerships and priced a Honda HRV Ex. Different dealerships took different approaches. Some were aggressive and acted like the classic used car salesman. We spoke to Andrew Perry at Northshore Honda on the phone. I explained that price was important he said he would work on it He called us an hour later with his bottom line price. It was better than the others so we agreed to meet and talk. We found him to be low key and professional. He answered all of our questions and explained all the features. He also took care of changing the insurance and all paperwork.
