The service team was great it's the manager of the service team that's not. I had bought a car that wasn't inspected right.. so I took it back and asked them to fix it and the manager over there servi service team that's not. I had bought a car that wasn't inspected right.. so I took it back and asked them to fix it and the manager over there service center argued with me about fixing it. Needless to say they did fix the issue. But last week I took it in and had to pay 116. Just for the. To hook it up to the diagnostic machine and I had asked them to look at the barrings on the passenger side but was told I didn't have enough gas for them to drive it around the corner. So needless to say the problem still exists and if my tire falls off they are going to be held liable. More

Church and Andrea were awesome! We called ahead of time and told them what we could do. They assured us we were good. They were the nicest people. There was no pressure or trying to make us get something out of our budget. They were amazing! More

I paid for a car in cash and did not get the services I was promised. I returned the car for a promised free car wash and it was not done. I was suppose to get access to the GPS tracking system and to this was promised. I returned the car for a promised free car wash and it was not done. I was suppose to get access to the GPS tracking system and to this day I have yet to receive. After handwashing the car myself, I find that the windshield was cracked and have not received a response from Clay Cooley on fixing it. The reps were very attentive to my calls when I was searching for a car and now that I purchased one, it very difficult for me to get someone to call me back or respond in a timely manner. More
