The service drive engaged in bait-and-switch pricing. I was sent a 20% off "repair only" coupon via their official digital system. The service manager Ket flat-out refused to honor it on my $299.99 rear I was sent a 20% off "repair only" coupon via their official digital system. The service manager Ket flat-out refused to honor it on my $299.99 rear brake repair, falsely claiming a brake overhaul is 'maintenance' and then claiming it was already 'on sale' to avoid the discount. Furthermore, they snuck an extra charge of $10.00 onto my Wednesday oil change special of $69.95 without disclosing it upfront stating my vehicle takes 6 quarts of oil instead of 5 without also disclosing this to me. Total lack of pricing transparency and deceptive management. I am initiating a claim/request for my $60.00 discount back to my card. Furthermore these type of practice will not make me patronize this dealership due to dishonesty and deceptive practices. The sales department is not better as well to make a vehicle purchase. They do really bad business. More
