Amy was very nice, but wrote the wrong request on the work order - requesting the tech to look for a wobble I was feeling when driving. There was no wobble I could feel. It was a wobble I could HEAR. From there, the tech diagnosed the wrong thing and them got married to that diagnosis. As a result, I paid $200 for a diagnosis of the wrong issue and I still have the sound. More

Amy was responsive and provided great service. We were able to schedule a time and they took it right in when I arrived a little early. They serviced the vehicle quickly and washed it as well.
