I had a great experience with working with Amy Hinkle. I had an emergency & my car was towed into them for a right front tire where the sidewalk had a large hole. It was pleasure to meet Robert who worked very hard on giving me a great deal on a 2026 BMW M240i xDrive coupe. He is very nice & pleasant, not pushy like some other salespeople. I am glad that we were ab giving me a great deal on a 2026 BMW M240i xDrive coupe. He is very nice & pleasant, not pushy like some other salespeople. I am glad that we were able to find the car in the color & options that I wanted in the vehicle. I look forward to return to them in the near further for my next vehicle. Nick was also very nice & did a great job with the finance process & explained everything in detail so I would understand them. Great Job More

Amy was great. My only gripe is that it is a bit ridiculous to pay over $200/hour for service and to then pay a 3% service charge for using a credit card. Since BMW is a premium brand, this seems very cheap by management - like paying to usa a credit card at a nice steak restaurant. More

Even though I had been forewarned about this shop’s practice of excessively upselling repairs, I decided to go there, anyway. As the largest established BMW Service provider in the area, it felt like practice of excessively upselling repairs, I decided to go there, anyway. As the largest established BMW Service provider in the area, it felt like a no-brainer. Unfortunately, the warnings proved accurate. I went for wheel alignment and most importantly, repair of a malfunctioning headlight. I was shocked to receive a quote of nearly $20,000 foe items needing repair, with “suggested repairs” totaling more than $12,000! Including an estimate of >$6,500 for headlight replacement. All on a vehicle that your Sales dept. estimated to be worth <$9,000 (maximum) that same morning. I was stunned. In the end, we had ~$3,300 in repairs done and left with a headlight that was still malfunctioning. Add in the 3% surcharge that you wanted to apply for using my credit card, and I left a very unhappy customer. Amy Henkel is great, BTW, but your company’s upselling practices are shameful. More
