However, Once Dustin explained the incentives on a brand new one it was a no brainer. He helped find the perfect vehicle with the features I was looking for at a price point I wanted to be within. Ford Of Galesburg gave me an exceptional offer for my 7 year old f150 and handled all of the paperwork quickly and efficiently. While I was signing a couple papers and discussing options the vehicle was being detailed. I was in and out in about an hour which was great. I opted for rust proofing and a ceramic paint protector which was done a few days after the purchase. They gave me a loaner to drive while they did the rust proofing. Everyone I dealt with was fantastic and despite some of the other reviews I find Ford of galesburg to be a great dealership. I will be back! Keep up the great work!!! More

Terrible, took over 70 days to repair my vehicle. Multiple times was told my vehicle would be ready and then it would be a few weeks. And then something else.
