I am a 3 time lessee, and the customer service in the sales department has always been above par. My salesman didn't pressure me, the managers worked hard to get me to the payment I needed and finance de sales department has always been above par. Sat with Amos for some time. I said No to extras but he put them in anyway. After 6 hours at the dealer I missed that he had added. Fraud.
