On July 6th, I drove in after stopping by DCH Toyota, which didn't have the model car I wanted. I asked to speak to a salesperson about getting rid of a 2015 Jeep I was underwater on. I spoke to Ihab, a which didn't have the model car I wanted. I asked to speak to a salesperson about getting rid of a 2015 Jeep I was underwater on. I spoke to Ihab, a wonderful salesperson who had me test drive a Honda Prologue with my very annoyed wife. We came back from the test drive, and I never thought I would be approved or that he could make it happen after being turned down by other dealers. Lo and behold, Ihab and manager Amir got me a great deal. There were some technical hiccups with the car, not the fault of the dealer, and service got me a loaner and quick service. Thank you, Cole! I came back 3 weeks later with my wife, and she bought a Prologue from Ihab as well! So, 2 cars in less than 1 month means they are doing something right. Thank you, Amir and Ihab, and the whole team! More

I find this dealership and salesperson to be very deceitful with respect to their sales practice. They included a protection package of $2695 in my lease without my knowledge or consent. They're unprofessional and uncaring. They leaving bird poop and tree sap on cars. They have a non negotiable $2600 up charge. They call it a performance package but it's actually a bad deal on floor mats,mud flaps and oil changes. The front desk is never there to answer and unknowledgeable on even the most basic things about their cars. She was rude and laughed at me and walked away when I asked how long it would take for them to get me stuff they had forgotten. Then she never came back. They take extra days to do even simple labor. They didn't properly clean my new car when they buffed it before giving it to me. This resulted in scratches in the paint on a car that hadn't left the lot. It took them 2 full days to do a simple car detail on a car they scratched. They didn't care and I had to call them to find out when it was ready. Only for the front desk lady to lie and say I hadn't called so my car wasn't ready and no one was available so I had to wait awhile for someone to help. Don't worry she covered herself and put that she called me first. The man in charge of finance there was sexist and extremely rude to my mother for no reason during our paperwork. He kept referring to her as mommy and girl even when asked to not. He made strange comments and lies about her saving she's never worked hard or at night and has money. This was extremely insulting amd uncalled for. The managers never did anything and whenever we voiced displeasure with our treatment or problems they had caused it was always us that was was the problem and defended their fellow employees instead of fixing the problems they caused. Had I not needed a car I would've gone somewhere else. Out of fear for my car going back there for their forced oil change "deal" kept me from going public with comments and complaints. The bureau of better business should look into their performance packages and how they treat their customers. More
