As a local business owner, I trust you can appreciate that employees may occasionally overlook or forget to prepare in advance. I apologize for the inconvenience regarding the vehicle, which requires 0W-30 Liqui Moly oil and 8.5 quarts, a quantity we do not typically maintain in our inventory. Additionally, the oil filter is not a common item in our stock due to infrequent use. I will ensure that the employee is informed so we can be better prepared in the future.
