If you want quality work done right the first time, go somewhere else. Twice now they have done poor work that I have had to have taken back to have it fixed right. Last year, they blamed training a new g somewhere else. Twice now they have done poor work that I have had to have taken back to have it fixed right. Last year, they blamed training a new guy doing undercoating. This year, different department, I brought it in for tpms sensors and an alignment. Got the truck back pulling to the right and a new vibration at highway speeds. They would have taken it back in to look at it, but it was not worth the inconvenience. Took it to another shop, closer to my work that got me straight. Won't do business with them again nor recommend them to others. Gave them an extra star because of the willingness to fix it. More

Imagine buying a vehicle and they tell you they were gonna do an alignment before bringing you the vehicle but lied and never did and since they didn’t do the alignment you now have tires that are bald gonna do an alignment before bringing you the vehicle but lied and never did and since they didn’t do the alignment you now have tires that are bald on the inside and they know there bald and they tell you they’ll buy 1 tire if “I” by 1 tire!
