Adrian and Amber made the process super smooth and easy, couldn't be happier with my new to me truck so far. Went there to get horn fixed, inspection, and oil change. Had an appointment. 12/11/2024 5 hours, and $263.59 I was told it was fixed and ready to go. Horn did work when I left. This is not my daily driver. 12/21/2024 drove it to Longview and noticed the horn no longer worked. Contacted Faye Hinds my "service relation manager" when I got home via email. She responded on 12/23/2024 stating she had given my information to her manager. Here it is 12/30/2024 and I have not heard back from her "manager" I gave this group a 1 star because I could not give a lower rating. If you want a good over priced screwing this is the place for you. If you want good honest service I strongly recommend you go elsewhere. Sincerely Charles Caldwell Gilmer Texas. More
