Everyone was very professional and courteous but I was mostly impressed with the driver, Jesus who took me home and picked me up when my vehicle was finished. Recall service performed along with 5,000 mile checkup. Told 3 hrs on the phone, told 4 hrs when I arrived, and it took 4.5 hrs to perform the service. Friendly and professional staff. I bought a used 2018 Toyota Tundra from McDonald Toyota Greeley in September 2024. Soon after, the engine failed. A professional inspection found a critical internal part inside the oil filter housing was missing. With my engineering background, I know this is a hidden defect that existed before I owned the truck. The repair estimate is sixteen thousand dollars. When I contacted the dealership, one manager said they have no cameras and another said their cameras are poor quality, so they could not show the part was present at the time of sale. They offered a small discount on labor, but it did not solve the issue or cover the major cost. Other warning systems have also stopped working, and I no longer trust the original inspection. I am concerned about the safety of the vehicle. More
