Amanda advised a lug nut was missing and I needed to buy another one. My car was at your service department I believe 3 weeks before for oil change and tire rotation. I believe that lug nut was not tighte another one. My car was at your service department I believe 3 weeks before for oil change and tire rotation. I believe that lug nut was not tightened securely at that time. No one touched the tires since that visit. I do not believe I should have been charged for another one. That same day of my brake visit my daughter found the lug nut in her driveway which proves it was not tightened securely at last visit. Very disappointing More

Kevin Hudson failed my car's inspection by claiming a seat belt was faulty when it wasn't. He wanted to charge me $35 to top off my antifreeze. I declined and bought a gallon of it at Walmart for $7. As always a great experience at Mastrovito’s. While this time I agreed to the recommended alignment with my tire rotation, in the future I might want to see better evidence of necessity other th While this time I agreed to the recommended alignment with my tire rotation, in the future I might want to see better evidence of necessity other than seeing what the computer AI said on a screen. $160 is $160, and, yes, it’s cheaper than a new tire, the resultant data indicated only a change just on one side; camber in one and caster on the other. As I said, this time I wanted it done, for the tires were brand new when I purchased the car and, to my knowledge, no alignment had been done before. The service was quick and professional in every way. My remarks are more for use in the future by reps with totally unsuspecting customers. Great service, as always. FYI, I stopped at the new detail center afterwards and that should work well and be a good profit center. Just wish you had Collinite wax, a phenomenal Utica product that is, to me, number one in shine and durability. More
