I have 12 years of experience in the automotive industry, with a primary focus on digital retail/internet sales. I am Lexus Master Certified, and along with selling, I also train and am the Program Consultant for Lexus Certification here at Lexus of Cleveland I am originally from West Salem, Ohio. I am an alum of The University of Akron (B.A. in Public Relations), and Queens University of Charlotte (M.A. in Communication) I spent 10 years down in Charlotte, NC where I worked for a large automotive group down south as BDC Manager and Sales Support Director for several luxury brands, including Lexus. I moved back to Ohio in 2022, and currently live in North Royalton, OH with my husband, our two boys, and our dog, Lacy.

Great experience with Cleveland Lexus. Our GX was a vehicle we had to wait for as we had a specific color combination and Allison was responsive and informative every step of the way.
