I want to first say, I despise car shopping. It’s not a fun experience. But Lexus of Chattanooga changed that for me. They were very helpful, not pushy at all, and helped me get the “mom car” I’ It’s not a fun experience. But Lexus of Chattanooga changed that for me. They were very helpful, not pushy at all, and helped me get the “mom car” I’d been looking for. I worked with Marc Bales, and he was unlike any salesman I’ve ever worked with. He was able to find a very specific color and trim level that no one else was able to secure. Even with the recall hiccup causing my car to be almost 5 months delayed, they made sure everything else was perfect. Even handled some of the issues that came up before picking it up. I would highly recommend them! More
