Service personnel were friendly and asked a lot of questions to get my repair done correctly. Liked the video that the technician showed me of his work on my vehicle. Katy is awesome and has always been very kind and helpful throughout our time at this dealership. The staff in the service center are pleasant and friendly, and the overall customer service from the front of throughout our time at this dealership. The staff in the service center are pleasant and friendly, and the overall customer service from the front of the house is exceptional! However, there is significant room for improvement regarding basic services and the incredibly long wait times. A typical oil change consistently takes a minimum of 2 hours, even with an appointment. This service used to take about 45 minutes, but over the last couple of years, it’s impossible to get out in less than 2 hours and sometimes in excess of 2.5 hours. There seem to be efficiency issues in the shop that make this experience very wasteful and aggravating for customers. I also suggest considering the poor experience for the team, who constantly have to answer for the unreasonable delays. Toyota is known for its outstanding service and quality, driven by incredible attention to detail and the elimination of waste through lean principles, but this doesn’t align with the experience at this dealership. Overlooking small details, such as the mileage sticker, raises concerns about what else might not be done correctly during inspections and services. My wife and I both have lifetime oil changes, and the location is only 10 minutes away, but due to the significant inconvenience, we are considering finding another dealership that can service our vehicles more reasonably and timely.
