Professional and knowlegable service rep. Service rep Allen Buck did an awesome job from the first phone call to get my truck in and answering my questions. It was inevitable there would be a Service rep Allen Buck did an awesome job from the first phone call to get my truck in and answering my questions. It was inevitable there would be a time frame delay due to the 4th of July holiday. Per my request I asked Allen to keep me updated with progress or delays. He did that and then some. And... Had my truck back to me a day earlier than anticipated, so a shout out to the "wrenches" in the shop as well. Thanks Allen! More

Slightly disappointed. I have a 2013 Taurus Limited. Been taking it to this dealership since I bought it in 2013. Disappointed with recent service because I had to leave the I have a 2013 Taurus Limited. Been taking it to this dealership since I bought it in 2013. Disappointed with recent service because I had to leave the car for service. Busy time for them, I was told. Ending up being there for a week. I was to get a call back when it was done. I never got a call back. I called to check on it on Thursday 28 June. It was ready. However, it had been repaired and ready for pick up 2 days earlier. Lucky I called to check on it or I would still be waiting on the car. I had to borrow a vehicle from someone else and needed to take it back and that is why I called. So, very disappointed. So far, the car is running good after the repair. I will not be leaving the car again for service. I will find some other shop if it looks like a long wait. Normally, good service. Customer service reps are always good also. No problems. Just had this one hiccup. More
