Car Service I discussed work for my car with Allen Buck. It was going to take longer than normal so Allen put me in a rental and allowed me to go home. He kept me in touch by phone about my service so I always knew what to expect. I kept the rental longer than I thought I would but enjoyed it so much I did not mind. The best Ford dealer ever Mr. Allen is very professional and very accommodating. I am on my way to Chicago and my doors suddenly wont close. I tried to go to other Ford dealers Mr. Allen is very professional and very accommodating. I am on my way to Chicago and my doors suddenly wont close. I tried to go to other Ford dealers but they say I have to wait 5 days for them to accomodate me. I called Mac Mclarty Ford and there was Allen my life saver. He immediately jump into action ordered the parts needed and told me I can immediately go there to fix my car. They fix my doors in a very timely manner and even replaced the air filters that needed to be change. My car is in perfect condition thanks to the wonderful people there. My trip would have been a disaster if not for them. Thank you very much! Keep up the good work and I know you guys will make many more people happy by solving their problems. More

Untrustworthy!! I took my 2002 explorer to this dealership to diagnose some issues with the vehicle. They called me back after 2 days and gave me an estimated repa I took my 2002 explorer to this dealership to diagnose some issues with the vehicle. They called me back after 2 days and gave me an estimated repair bill for $1100 for 3 things one of which was already replaced. When I told them I would preform the repairs myself they were done with me (I made it clear from the get go this was a diagnosis only). When I got my vehicle back the service covers on my vehicles engine were not reinstalled correctly and the fasteners were not even finger tight. I preformed the other two part replacements myself. These were not the problem. If I did not know how to work on a vehicle myself they would have taken me for over $1100 and I still would have had a vehicle with the same issues. I brought my concerns to management and was basically told I was lying and did not preform the repairs properly (2 direct bolt ons) and if they had done it the vehicle would be fixed. Instead of being met with any kind of customer service I was met with hostility and accusations. My bottom line is I would not take any vehicle to this service center that is not warranty work. They are only looking to make a quick buck off their customers. Buyer be ware More
