First maintenance on new truck went great, and was free! What was supposed to take 3 hours only took 2 hours. Great coffee and snacks available in waiting area. Overall on new truck went great, and was free! What was supposed to take 3 hours only took 2 hours. Great coffee and snacks available in waiting area. Overall was a great experience. Only negative I would have to say is that for how much I spent on my truck, I purchased a Raptor, I would have liked a car wash with my service. I would definitely recommend to others though! More

Bearings and lights I took a 2017 Ford escape into McClarty Ford for a check on the rear brake wear and a roar while driving. The technician discovered, the wheel bearing I took a 2017 Ford escape into McClarty Ford for a check on the rear brake wear and a roar while driving. The technician discovered, the wheel bearings were bad. Replaced those and the roar went away. However,the abs light, tcs light and hillside assist warning light would come off and on. Returned the car to service department, and a rear speed sensor had failed, all this was replaced quickly. Will take the Escape them for maintenance and repair. More

Rude, no communication from them I found them unprofessional, rude coworkers on speaker that we as customers could hear, rude service advisors.. no contact what so ever as to status o I found them unprofessional, rude coworkers on speaker that we as customers could hear, rude service advisors.. no contact what so ever as to status of repairs, then tried to say nothing was wrong, oil sending switch was out. Then extra charges that I feel were RIP offs and unnecessary. I will never use mcclarty again if it is within my power to go elsewhere.. very poor experience More

When I first saw the Lincoln Continen I recently purchased my first American made vehicle. I have always purchased Foreign made vehicles in the past. When I first saw the Lincoln Continental, it went to the top of my list for consideration to purchase. The whole Lincoln experience has been wonderful.
