Service department is a scam. I took my car in for a free oil change and they claimed I needed to replace my brand new battery as it was about to fail. I declined, and the next ti I took my car in for a free oil change and they claimed I needed to replace my brand new battery as it was about to fail. I declined, and the next time I took my car in for a free oil change the battery they said was failing previously was magically testing fine now. If you get oil changes here ALWAYS decline the maintenance they try and upsell you. My wife was duped when they said her rear brake pads were low and needed to be replaced. She agreed to have the brake pads replaced. When she picked up her car they billed her $700 for flushing the brake lines, and new pads and rotors More

Awful Service VERY inept, inexperienced, awful service. I bought my car brand new in 2012 (Ford Focus S). Free Oil changes for life (every 6 months). They are SU VERY inept, inexperienced, awful service. I bought my car brand new in 2012 (Ford Focus S). Free Oil changes for life (every 6 months). They are SUPPOSED to top off all fluids, rotate tires, and include a car wash. Now, I have to check all my fluid levels, because they DON'T top off anything half the time. This past week, they LEFT OFF the splash shield --- a cover located at the underside of cars that protects your engine from potential damage caused by bumps, water and debris. Plus they forgot AGAIN to wash my car, telling me I can come back any time. I work from 8 to 5, and don't even get home until AFTER the dealer closes, and it is damned near impossible to get it washed on Saturdays, due to them being so busy. I don't want to make another trip OUT OF MY WAY just to get my car washed. It's pretty BAD when I have to check to see the fluids, etc. And now the Splash Shield???? Ford Certified means NOTHING to them. More

Fraud by service department Buyer be very aware!!! Do not use the service or quick lane service at Apple Ford. I took my 2010 Ford Escape for an apparent Power Steering flush the Buyer be very aware!!! Do not use the service or quick lane service at Apple Ford. I took my 2010 Ford Escape for an apparent Power Steering flush the Quick Lane department told me the truck needed back in February 2014. I was charged $79 for the service. Today My Husband took it again for the same thing to a different shop thinking it was time for such maintenance service. He found out the truck doesn't need the steering flush because the power steering system is electronic and does not have a reservoir. What pissed me off the most is that they probably thought they could take advantage of me because as a woman I don't know much about cars. I wonder how many people they have stolen money from by charging for services the cars don't need. What they did to me is fraud and I will be contacting the BBB and FTC to report this issue More

Quick turnaround time for car to be fixed, friendly staff Les Ashburn was helpful and understood that I needed to try and have my car back from a recall service call as soon as possible. He kept the time under an hour and was friendly and most cooperative. He listened and was very respectful of myself as the owner of a new car. I have had 4 cars now from this particular dealership and am very pleased with the service department, Quick Lanes and the experience of buying a car as well. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in this area! Thanks for making my life easier....and I love my new car! This is my favorite car so far....a 2015 Ford Escape! More

New tires! I was pleasantly surprised when shopping around for new tires and never expected to have my Honda Pilot serviced at a Ford dealer!! Of all the places I was pleasantly surprised when shopping around for new tires and never expected to have my Honda Pilot serviced at a Ford dealer!! Of all the places that I shopped around at, Quick Lane at Apple Ford was the cheapest and they were able to get my tires in the next day so I decided to give them a try. When I arrived early in the morning they were pretty busy, but I was quickly greeted and taken care of right away. Allan was very friendly and took care of everything for me including the mail in rebate! He explained the process and gave me a discount on the wheel alignment. After getting the car back the tires looked great. Driving home was even better as everything was perfectly aligned and balanced. Although Allan probably won't be able to get me to trade in my Honda for a Ford, at least not yet, the customer service and quality of work was excellent and I will definitely be back! More
