Everyone I came into contact with at Toyota of Tampa Bay was kind, courteous, and genuinely seemed to care. We probably had 6 or 7 different employees stop and asked me if we needed any assistance. They were all friendly and made us laugh. But the biggest shout out goes to Mateo I would highly recommend him! More

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP! !! As others have said they are all about bait and switch. Salesperson (shady beyond belief, even for a car dealer) Kevin Mera flat out said a price w !! As others have said they are all about bait and switch. Salesperson (shady beyond belief, even for a car dealer) Kevin Mera flat out said a price was reasonable, how soon can you be here. He knew it was over a 2 hour drive for me. As soon as I'm getting in the car he says I'm honest, nope! and sends a video with a completely different car and price with way higher miles. So I call the "sales manager" Alisha King who made excuses for 3 days of over 35 emails of flat out lies. Hours and days of wasted time. She said she would ask the general manager, which I'm not sure she did, Chris Bice, and said they would not honor the price. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS PLACE! They have insane repetitive dealer and registration fees. Over $6k from original price tag. Saying they will work with you is a joke. Even Alisha King admitted the emails guaranteeing a price were a way to just get me in there. AVOID AVOID AVOID! They are NOT worth wasting your time or money on. Unethical! Shame on them! More
