Not very good service we were waiting 3 hours . And we were pre approved through our credit union. They made us do another application. Which we didn’t even have to do that. The credit union called us and told us that we had two applications so it made it our loan take a lot longer. Confusing And more confusing. They spelt my husband’s name wrong when we gave them the drivers license. I would never buy a vehicle there again not satisfied. Plus, they put the wrong interest rate on the loan.
