He helped me find it during a time that I was still dealing with a lot of negative fallout from my accident. He made the entire experience pleasant and informative. His expertise saved me a lot of time and money. He had a few tips about how to utilize some of the features in my new car and even cut my interest rate almost in half! I was preapproved by my credit union, but they used a different credit score and my interest rate was 11%. He found a way to use a better credit score and my final interest rate is just over 7%! So not only did he find me the perfect car replacement, but he also saved me quite a bit of money on my loan. It was easy to arrange a time to do paperwork and pick up my car. He made sure the process was seamless and that his coworkers were informed every step of the way. The dealership offers a 250 mile or one week money back guarantee. I was pleasantly surprised! Greg explained that if I had any reason to bring the car back during that time I would receive a full refund. Not just a credit towards another car, but a refund. I use that time to have the car checked out by a professional mechanic who found nothing wrong. In fact, they said the car was in excellent condition and any work that may have been needed was already done by the dealership. In conclusion, my experience was positive from start to finish. I was getting frustrated with other dealerships who kept pulling the bait & switch and would say they’d match or beat certain prices but when I broug I was getting frustrated with other dealerships who kept pulling the bait & switch and would say they’d match or beat certain prices but when I brought my car in they’d mark it down for absurd charges like customer fees and the smallest little scratch on the side of the plastic on my mirror. I got an online quote through Manly Honda but it still wasn’t what I wanted so I didn’t bother calling them. Margarita called me and said she could probably do better than the online quote. She asked me some details and said she’d call me back. She called me 15 mins later with a fair quote and said she could write up the paperwork and have my check ready if I wanted to come in. I thought it was too good to be true so I asked her if there were any hidden fees and she said the quote was pretty much guaranteed unless there was some thing major I hadn’t disclosed. I texted her some photos of documents and drove homeowners an hour later. Their process literally took 5 minutes. She had all of the paperwork ready to sign and my check was written out as well. She did a quick inspection of my car and said all was well. I signed a few pages and walked out with my check 5 minutes later. My husband and I were shocked and said this was the easiest process ever. I received a great offer for my car with no hassle at all. I will highly recommend Margarita to anyone I know selling a car.
