Ali H was our salesperson and he was probably the deciding factor. He was professional, courteous and just a wonderful person to deal with during the whole process. We got a really good sense that he cared and listened to our needs. Ali was very straightforward and told us exactly what to expect with price and process. The other dealers we went to simply wouldn't give us direct answers but asked us to "come in and talk". When we were ready, everything was a lot quicker than we expected. Mark L. was also great when we were signing the papers. He was easy to talk to and focused on getting things done quickly. He had things ready to go, well organized and we were out a lot sooner than we expected. Ourisman really does mean it when they say they value the customer's time. The staff we got to interact with at the dealership also seemed like a friendly bunch. The process was great and love our new car. More
