I was looking at least 10 other dealers who just refused to give me a final price on the car I was looking at with taxes and fees included which is about as frustrating as things get because you end up finding out the car is thousands of dollars more expensive but Alonso was very respectful and straight forward. This on top of the fact that the car was offered at a great price made this dealership a no brainer choice. Ali was also awesome to talk to when I went for a test drive and everything. More

We never had the feeling that we were being pressured or that we didn't clearly understand what was taking place during the entire process of buying and taking ownership of the car. There were no surprises.. Mr. Hatam is pleasant to work with, pays attention to the details, wants the customer to have a good experience, and knows the cars. We've never worked with anyone better. Ali H was our salesperson and he was probably the deciding factor. He was professional, courteous and just a wonderful person to deal with during the whole process. We got a really good sense that he cared and listened to our needs. Ali was very straightforward and told us exactly what to expect with price and process. The other dealers we went to simply wouldn't give us direct answers but asked us to "come in and talk". When we were ready, everything was a lot quicker than we expected. Mark L. was also great when we were signing the papers. He was easy to talk to and focused on getting things done quickly. He had things ready to go, well organized and we were out a lot sooner than we expected. Ourisman really does mean it when they say they value the customer's time. The staff we got to interact with at the dealership also seemed like a friendly bunch. The process was great and love our new car. More
