Was the worse experience I ever been thru i normally get my Hondas thru garden state Honda but they didn’t have the color I wanted so I went thru KBB and metro Honda contacted me and said they will match my my Hondas thru garden state Honda but they didn’t have the color I wanted so I went thru KBB and metro Honda contacted me and said they will match my deal in fact they said they will do better . I specifically told them not to waste my time they had all the information how my deal was structured and when I get there they had me sit at the salesman desk over a hour to then come with a horrible deal over 150 per month more then garden state Honda . Becareful going there definitely won’t ever give them a shot again . Bad business. More

I enjoyed doing business here at Metro Honda with Fernando. There was an issue where I was not given a second key, but he was quickly able to get that resolved. I went with my family for them to buy a new 2024 Honda Crv Hybrid and they had 1 coming to the specs on the 1 they wanted so the sales person and sales manager recommended to us to leave a deposit & when Crv Hybrid and they had 1 coming to the specs on the 1 they wanted so the sales person and sales manager recommended to us to leave a deposit & when it comes in within a couple days they will call them to pick up the car. They didn’t require financing they were paying cash for the car. They left a deposit on Oct 30th and not it’s November 27 and they never go their car. They went to the dealership to get their deposit back the other day and they made an excuse the person that does refunds on Apple Pay wasn’t there. This dealership has done this way many times and don’t do it to my family or friends, I will be contacting Honda Corporate, talking about this on my radio show, post this on Google, Twitter & all my social media pages for people not to buy or lease a car from Metro Honda of Jersey City. More

Awful experience! I regret of visiting them. Not sure how they are in this business coz neither their sales guy nor the manager knows how to talk. First they deny of h I regret of visiting them. Then the manager says that they charge 10K above sticker price and asks us to leave. I will never come back and make sure my friends avoid it too. Their hatred behavior turned to be good for me as I ended up buying Jeep G Cherokee. I would suggest everyone go for American cars. Honda folks are cheaters. More
