Just another crooked car dealership where you feel like you were taken advantage of. Bought a Buick Encore from Alfredo Perez who never showed up after to make true of the many promises he made. He agreed you were taken advantage of. Bought a Buick Encore from Alfredo Perez who never showed up after to make true of the many promises he made. He agreed to check and fix the cars issues, but at some point he just disappeared. Didn’t pick up the phone much less returned any of my phone calls. He left me with the problem and having to spend more money fixing things that he agreed to take care of. This guys is the cliche of car salesmen! I am embarrassed to say he’s Latino, as myself. This is the kind of people that makes us all look bad. If you are reading this do yourself a favor and go to another dealership. And if you end up buying a car here don’t believe any of the lies that they tell you More

This was teh absolute worst experience I have ever had. I was sold a car that had to be put in the shop twice within 3 weeks of purchase. I was sold a service agreement that I did not need because the car I was sold a car that had to be put in the shop twice within 3 weeks of purchase. I went to get the service contract cancelled and was totally ignored to the point I had to go directly to the service contract company for assistance. More
