I can't believe this dealership is owned by Herb Chamber. Worst Herb Chamber dealership experience ever. I've purchased four cars already and just started seeking for my fifth car recently. I saw some cars a Worst Herb Chamber dealership experience ever. I've purchased four cars already and just started seeking for my fifth car recently. I saw some cars available online so I scheduled an appointment at this dealership which is 45 minutes away from where I live. When I got there and requested to take a look at the available car,they told me no cars under display here and no new cars in stock. Besides, the general sales manager's sooo rude (The sales I met is nice though), he treated customers without respect at all. He's so pushy and pursuaded me to put a deposit to lock down a car which would actually come in July. I did put the deposit down after confirming with them that this is REFUNDABLE. And just TWO DAYS later, when I called to cancel the booking, they told me this is non-refundable and trying to find some rediculous reasons to make it sounds like reasonable. We customers are not idiots. When I requested for a copy of the contract and price sheet on the phone, they refused to do that and asked me to come in person to take a picture (This is illegal). So I have to drive 45 minutes to go there, take the picture and drive another 45 minutes to come back just to have a photo copy of the contract which I might need in the future to get my money back. They still don't want to refund after I show up in person. And the general sales manager is so rude, as always. I can't imagine what their altitude would be once I pay the due upon the car's delivery. I'll never consider purchasing any cars from this dealership and I'll get my deposit back at all costs. I'll file the complaints everywhere, both officially and unofficially, spread to everyone just let them know NEVER go to this dealership if you want to buy a car!!! More

I came to this site to do some research on the dealership before I went out to buy. Honda Boston really took care of me and it was a very hot aggravating day but Giselle did a wonderful job of taking care of before I went out to buy. All I heard is lie. I made a call before visiting this dealer, asking for specific car that I want to purchase. They told me they have the car in the lot. Ok, so I made my trip to visit this dealer during dealer, asking for specific car that I want to purchase. They told me they have the car in the lot. Ok, so I made my trip to visit this dealer during traffic hours. After I arrived, there is nothing to show me. All they ask is “you can put down deposits and we can order the car for you, we can give you the deposit back if you don’t want the car”, ok, I put down 500 deposit for them to get the car for me. They told me I have to wait at least 3 weeks to get the car to their lot. I was like ok, I can wait. After a week later, i decided not to buy the car, it takes too long for the wait. I made a call to them to get my deposit back, and talked to the sales manager, the manager said want to talk to me when I get there and probably will able to refund my 500 deposit. Well, it didn’t happen and I wasted 1 hour again during traffic hour to get to the dealership. the sales manager was very very rude when I get there when I asked for the refund on the deposit, I understand you are busy, but please be a little bit friendly, I can walk away without the deposit, but the way I get treated is unacceptable, very unprofessional. you earned 500 from me, but the way you look at things is just too small, what can you get from 500? Thank you, but I learned something from you. 500 I think is worth for me. More
