Overall, everything was great. Only issue I had is they must have turned my headlights on for some reason and then turned them off however, I keep it set to auto so when I went out Only issue I had is they must have turned my headlights on for some reason and then turned them off however, I keep it set to auto so when I went out that night I almost had a quick accident because I didn't realize right away they were not on. My suggestion is to set the headlights back to whatever setting they were in when they did there work More

While the dealership is in a major renovation with minimal customer facilities including indoor restrooms the service staff continues to provide exemplary customer focus and service! The only missing perk that numerous customers appreciated while vehicle shopping and waiting for vehicle service was "popcorn machine"! More

NEVER BRING YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE. I purchased a Hyundai Palace Limited from the Webster location with every possible warranty and add-on they offer and I bring it to the Henrietta loc I purchased a Hyundai Palace Limited from the Webster location with every possible warranty and add-on they offer and I bring it to the Henrietta location for service. The first time I brought it in for an oil change, THEY RIPPED MY LEATHER SEAT! It took me nearly a week to get in touch with an actual person since their phone number just rings and goes to voicemail 100% of the time. Once I finally got a callback all they could do is deny it. Well, since I purchased the oil change package with the car, I brought it back again for another oil change, and this time THEY CRACKED AND BENT THE TRIM PANEL ON THE BOTTOM OF THE DRIVER SIDE DOOR. At this point I still can’t get in touch with a human and all I get is voicemail. Do yourself a favor. Do not buy a car from them and definitely do not have one service here! More
