I always feel like a bother and inconvenience whenever I use this dealership. I only come to it because it’s the location closest to me, but it’s probably time I went to another. For this occasion, I called to purchase a new spare tire then subsequently have it installed on the back of the vehicle. I called and placed the tire order with Ivan then he transferred me to service so I could schedule the appointment. The tire was coming from Oakland so they were confident it would get there in a day so I scheduled an appointment for the following day in the afternoon to allow for some additional time for the tire to arrive. I ended up having a medical appointment so my partner has to take the vehicle in. My partner arrives to the dealership to get the work done and she is told that a tire had not been ordered and that the proper method would have been to come in and have someone physically look at the tire before ordering a new one. Again, I called and spoke to Ivan, read him the tire model number, and placed the order the day before with the parts department. Blame was then placed on my partner and she was told multiple times to call me to verify that I had requested the tire was ordered. She felt extremely uncomfortable and communicated that I was in a medical appointment and felt like she had messed up when the dealership had indeed failed to place the order. I called Ander and asked what had happened, explained what had happened the day before when I placed the order and was transferred from parts by Ivan to service. He stated something to the effect of “that information was not passed to him”. Again, I had done all the correct things but somehow was being blamed for an order not being placed and my partner felt like she was being berated for what was supposed to be a 30 minute tire mount and balance. Ander says they can place the order and it will arrive on Saturday and asks if I could make that work. I tell him that I can before three and he says he will call me when the tire gets in. Fast forward to Wednesday and I get a text saying that parts had reminded Ander that my tire was there and wanted to know if I still wanted to get the work done. How did four to five days pass without anyone following back up and the tire just sitting somewhere in the shop after all that tension over the correct method of ordering- seems incredibly unprofessional. Ultimately the dealership seems to be extremely disorganized. Do not recommend this dealership whatsoever unless this is your only option. More

Waited 2 1/2 years to get recalls fixed still not completed . Waiting on call back for Egr valve. Plus brought in for full service. My experience was great. I was in the service department. Alexander was awesome! He gave me fast and efficient car advisement regarding my vehicle. I went in for an oil ch I was in the service department. Alexander was awesome! He gave me fast and efficient car advisement regarding my vehicle. I went in for an oil change he went the extra mile to make sure that he mentioned other things that needed attention like my air filter and new tires. If you come in ask for Alexander. He’s the only one in service department that actually knows what’s going on and he won’t hesitate to go ask the mechanics what’s going on with your vehicle and how much longer should the customer anticipate it being done. My car broke down and I had it towed there -- it took them 2 weeks to even look at it, and then they estimated another 2 weeks to replace a trivial part. After the first 2 weeks, I had to give up and get them 2 weeks to even look at it, and then they estimated another 2 weeks to replace a trivial part. After the first 2 weeks, I had to give up and get my car towed from them to another Jeep dealership who resolved the problem in 1 days and gave me my car back in 2 days. More
