I purchased a car from sunrise ford and it was a nightmare I put a down payment and a trade took the car home I told them the trade was in the shop it had been a accident showed pictures of it and nightmare I put a down payment and a trade took the car home I told them the trade was in the shop it had been a accident showed pictures of it and they said it was ok they went to the shop to pick up the car I was trading in from the shop but the shop wouldn't release it instead of them calling me letting me know it was a problem they sent a tow truck to get the car I had purchased I told them let's take the trade out of the contract and I'll just put more money down to make up for the trade they said they had to figure out what they could do to make the deal it was nothing to figure out so I said I'll pay cash they still wouldn't give me the car back after I purchased the car mind you I went back and talked to them that Saturday to make sure everything was fine and they assured me that everything was fine so I went and bought rims $3,000 and put them on the car and they repossessed it 3 days later I told them I have cash money to pay for the car they still didn't sell me the car so I went to the car lot to get my rims off they told me they'll call me when they take them off call me with a attitude two days later I constantly called them trying to pay for they just brushed me off so I went to Wallace Genesis and paid cash for a Genesis GV80 with no problem and I'm loving it after getting my new GV80 Genesis I went to see if the rims would fit and they didn't I went back to Sunrise Ford yesterday told them if Ya'll still have the car I'll still get it and they gave me the run around again I don't know if it was my color or what but I didn't get angry good service they told me they'll call me today I haven't received a call at all and I told them I have cash I'm going to just request my down payment back because they're business is awful Thanks Wallace Genesis in Stuart for your Excellent Service at Sunrise Ford I dealt with Katlyn Daniel Lauren and about 5 other can't think of their names but when I pull up the all run and avoid me I rate Sunrise Ford a low 0 More

Had high expectations for getting things done, however I was disappointed in the service outcome. After I brought my vehicle home I discovered window washer fluid tank has a leak that wasn’t addressed, also was disappointed in the service outcome. After I brought my vehicle home I discovered window washer fluid tank has a leak that wasn’t addressed, also on the exterior light inspection which passed your inspection, I discovered right side tail light was not working,plus I was informed there was a recall on this model that I didn’t know about until I brought it in for an oil change,which was at 39% and that surprised me because I was told oil had been changed just before I bought the vehicle.I believe this recall should have been fixed before I drove the car off the lot after purchasing it. I hope this review helps to improve your service level as I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. More

Worst dealership ever! From Christina the service writer who has no communication skills and is not trustworthy to the general manager Alex who has not responded to my comp From Christina the service writer who has no communication skills and is not trustworthy to the general manager Alex who has not responded to my complaint . They tried to get me to spend 1800 on a new tie rod even after I showed her that I had a platinum extended warranty. Also had my truck for almost a month. I took my truck in for two recalls one for tailgate the can open on its own, I was told that if if has not happened yet they won’t do the recall. I ask if it happened after this, who would be responsible if someone behind me gets hurt if something fall out? No response! The other recall I don’t even know if they did it at all. I have bought multiple trucks there since 1981. Since the old owners sold out a few years ago the place has went to crap. I own a f350 platinum and was looking at a new one. I will never set foot in that dealer ship again! I will spen my $100,000 elsewhere More
