Normally things are good and waiting area is nice. While I am understanding that errors/mistakes do occur, the curt non-apologetic apology I received was an eye-opener. I have been going to this Valley Stream Honda (nee South Shore Honda) for service for 14 years, I am also a Regular New Car Buyer and have Purchased (and leased) 5 new vehicles from Valley Stream Honda in the last 10 years. I will be carefully rethinking using Valley Stream Honda for both servicing and sales again. More
