I’ve been a customer since 2007 and I am pleased with the professional staff... I miss Sam & Deo prior Manager & assistant manager but Alex Marcel is an excellent service advisor...Labor costs & parts are pr professional staff... I miss Sam & Deo prior Manager & assistant manager but Alex Marcel is an excellent service advisor...Labor costs & parts are pretty high but service is great...I would like to meet the new management & be extended loyalty credit on my service visits. the customer service staff was very professional although I was not satisfied with the decision rendered by the general manager on the pricing of the work to be done on my vehicle I fully understand that I h I was not satisfied with the decision rendered by the general manager on the pricing of the work to be done on my vehicle I fully understand that I had a three year or thirty-six thousand mile warranty on my vehicle and although I was past the three year mark my vehicle was still under the 36,000 mile mark and as a sign of good faith good will effort or jester he could have honored the 36,000 mile mark of the warranty showing me that he respected me as a valued customer and tried to work with me on that part or aspect of the warranty instead of charging me full price for the work that was performed if I had missed both aspects of the warranty I would not have had a problem with his decision loyalty works both ways to me it seemed as though all he was concerned about was his bottom dollar More
