For the most part the sale went well. Upon inspection our mechanic found and replaced a burned out left rear taillight and a broken right rear reflector. Finally, a corner of an engine shield had pulled loose. Our mechanic felt it could tear out in the near future, so at his suggestion he temporarily reattached it to avoid the cost of an expensive replacement at the time. Alex was very pleasant to work with and the sale went smoothly and quickly. We don't remember the names of the fellows in the garage, but they were also very nice, and had the car ready to go in a timely fashion. More

Brought my 19 year old son here to buy his first “nice” car. After getting approved for a loan with a high down payment due to no credit he settled on a 2012 VW Tiguan with 77,000 miles. We were told it wo car. After getting approved for a loan with a high down payment due to no credit he settled on a 2012 VW Tiguan with 77,000 miles. We were told it would not come with a warranty and he couldn’t afford to purchase one. Drove nice for one week. Check engine light and EPC light came on. Wouldn’t even have the decency to look at it to see if it’s a problem they should have caught before selling. Then we found the original sales documents in the glove box showing they were offering a “dealer warranty” at some point. Makes us wonder when and why they pulled those off of the window and made him sign the “as is” document instead. We will never do business with them again. And I will be telling everyone I know how this big name dealership sold us a car in unsatisfactory condition, in what seems to have been a very shady business transaction. More

Our purchasing process was fine. The man who helped us was fine, new, but fine. My concern was that their Covid precautions were sub-par. Many of the men walking around didn't have their mask covering t was fine, new, but fine. My concern was that their Covid precautions were sub-par. I'm not super paranoid about covid but I judge a business based on their precautions. I still bought the car because it was the right car. More
