The dealership does not have the courtesy to fill up the vehicle prior to possession. I asked to have the roof rack installed and even sent a text prior to pickup as a reminder and yet they failed to instal vehicle prior to possession. They left out the fact that the car only had one key even though the vehicle shows 3 keys programmed. Also I asked to find out if the vehicle had its tune up service and again a week later and no details. Apparently their focus is on selling cars and not on customer service for repeat business. More
