I feel like it was irresponsible for the salesperson and the finance department to have me sign an agreement and put money down on a car that they weren’t 100 percent sure I would be able to get. Even though I'm in Florida I need heated seats for back issues and it's my one comfort requests in a car. Alessio first brought a car up without and I mentioned the heated seats and he went right to the car and got the one with heated seats.
