I was super fortunate to be connected with Claudia. Words can not describe how awesome she is to work with. She pays close attention to what you want, which is why I ended up with what I wanted. I was a bit shocked how little back and forth there was to get a fair price. Once I knew the price was inline with internet research I did, I knew this was the right place to buy. Other dealers wanted to add stuff I didn’t want and not offer a fair price. I can’t recommend Claudia enough. It was a smooth experience from beginning to end. More

This rating reflects my new car purchase experience with this dealership. I have been a Lexus owner since 2013 and have used this dealership's service dept. since they opened around 2016 and found them with this dealership. I have been a Lexus owner since 2013 and have used this dealership's service dept. since they opened around 2016 and found them to be excellent. This was my first and last purchase here. I wanted a new ES350 and intended to pay cash which I told the salesman when asked if I was going to finance. Could I finance? Yes, I have a credit rating of about 813 from all 3 services. I intended to use a credit card that had a $28K limit and a personal check from one of my accounts for the rest. My credit ratings are locked at my request and can only be opened by me at my home computer. I did not think they would be needed. I was shown the new car, it had a bow on it and the entire sales force clapping. I then sat down to complete the purchase. First I was told that they only accept a limit of $5000 on a credit card and this led to me scrambling to find money in another account. Thought we were good to go and on the way to the new car, I was stopped by the finance manager and was told that the personal check that I had bought with me wasn't acceptable. It was on a starter check from the bank and did not have my name and address printed on it. Back to the office. Been here for hours at this point. Wound up having to rent the car for 24 hours and going to my banks the next day for certified checks. I was absolutely mortified. Had I been told of the payment limitations for "cash" purchases in advance, this wouldn't have happened. But the one thing that really got under my skin was the condescending attitude. I am 79 years old and was being viewed as someone who was in over their head and didn't have a clue. All in my mind?? My wife who is 60 was with me and said we should have walked away. Love the product, love the service and the people there........will have nothing disdain for the rest. More

A few moments after we walked into the dealership and were greeted by Tim Smith - I felt good about my decision to visit Lexus of Wesley Chapel. After explaining to Tim what I was looking for - it was h were greeted by Tim Smith - I felt good about my decision to visit Lexus of Wesley Chapel. After explaining to Tim what I was looking for - it was his genuine concern to help us find exactly what we came for that was evident. He never tried to upsell me or get me into something that I didn’t want. That meant a lot to me, especially after visiting nearly every dealership in Wesley Chapel/Lutz and experiencing the opposite. I felt confident and free to ask all my questions and was provided real answers, not stories, which certainly helped make me feel more secure. As far as salesmen go - Tim is a true professional and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Lexus of the Wesley Chapel finance team was also top-notch. We really like Alex. He's a great guy. I will recommend Lexus of W.C. without hesitation, and Tim Smith will be my go-to guy. Thanks for a great buying experience. I drove all the way home with the biggest smile on my face. Thanks to everyone who made the purchase so pleasurable. More

I went to the dealership today for a "free" oil change and came home with a new 2024 RX350.. Charles Calise made the whole experience so easy. I jokingly asked him when we crossed paths in the lounge ar and came home with a new 2024 RX350.. Charles Calise made the whole experience so easy. I jokingly asked him when we crossed paths in the lounge area if he had any "deals" today. Less than an hour later I was the owner of a new car. I have to say that I am totally impressed with all of the dealership's staff that I can in contact with. This is my third new vehicle purchase from Lexus of Wesley Chapel. Every purchase has been a great experience. More

Gabby went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with the deal we got. The negotiation was painless and there was no high pressure sales tactics which I definitely appreciate. They really care for their customers and want you to have a great experience. Gabby was quick, efficient, and listened to what was important for us. We went to the dealer because a friend had recommended her and we were not disappointed by the excellent service! Going through Finance was also a breeze. We walked into the dealer to look for a new car at 10:15 and two hours later we were driving home in our new car. The photo at the end with a bow on the car was the cherry on top! Thank you! More
