The staff was very nice but did not do what they said they would do. They returned the car dirty. Their policy of requiring the customer to exchange the loaner cars every 3 days is a terrible inconvenien they would do. They returned the car dirty. The employees say all the right things, but generally did not actually keep me updated and I had to follow up with them. Twice they returned my car to me with the warning light about the starter battery cri not actually keep me updated and I had to follow up with them. Twice they returned my car to me with the warning light about the starter battery critical. In spite of the issues, I am grateful they did fix my car in the end. More

I just bought the car and did not need all the works and definitely did not need new wiper blades and they did not put any fluid in the window washer tank! Believe me when I say personnel friendly But I f definitely did not need new wiper blades and they did not put any fluid in the window washer tank!
