I purchased a vehicle online through carguru, 2021 truck. The dealership sold me this vehicle and delivered it to me never specifying dents and scratches on vehicle. Not in pictures nothing. I was sold this truck which actually still had the previous owners security logo on it, also not in pics or specified online. I had to take more time off work go two days in a row to get this buffed out because apparently the guy doing the buffing needed the manager to work on it rather than him. 🤷♀️. When calling about the newly found security logo around my vehicle I also told them about this deep scratch on side. Not something that can be filled in. They offered to pay half if I pay half. I said no thats not good enough. That wasnt the point i can pay for it myself, the point is you sold it to me and never specified these scratches. My salesman Davajoy also stated the dealership lost money on selling this vehicle to me. Not sure how, i didn't talk price down nor did they change it. If you look at other dealerships on site you will notice they take full 360 video of cars and specify every scratch and dent. So for future shoppers I would just say go in person and check for yourself top to bottom. DONT trust them. instead of having it delivered. They should pay it all, the sales man can only say you purchased a used vehicle. So it doesn't matter how they post there vehicles online once sold it's sold. More

Ryan also diligently worked to obtain a lower and better finance APR than I had already received from the banking institution I was previously prepared to sign through. During the test drive, Ryan was calm and most importantly, he was honest. My entire experience was and remains in appreciation of and for Ryan Valenzuela. High above the bar, I recommend seeking him out when you're in search of and thinking of your next vehicle purchase. More
