Omg im so happy I came to you guys. Felix was my salesman and gave me options in my price range and helped me out with an issue with my car quickly. Stephon was very helpful setting up my vehicle to be serviced. Alejandro was so very helpful explaining all the finances and when a xxxx up occurred during the finance process. The intake coordinators at the desk where they gather your information on why you're there for service are all very professional. I've been a customer of Nissan off Gibson since 2006 and have used the se your information on why you're there for service are all very professional. I've been a customer of Nissan off Gibson since 2006 and have used the service department since. I've had a few problems but they were resolved sometimes not to my liking at 100% which i would have been much happier with. I just purchased a 2025 Nissan Kicks which of course will be serviced by Nissan. My 3rd Nissan since 2006. I feel that sometimes the mechanics can pay a little more attention to what they're working on because I know 1 of my mishaps could have been totally avoided. All in all I keep coming back for the people and service because as we all know, sometimes things happen but I love the service and my Nissan. More
