Kristian was great to work with. He took his time to explain everything. I have never bought/leased a car the first day I looked at. I have always gone home to think about it. But Kristian was very considerate of my questions and what we needed. He even took a minute to help an irate customer in the waiting room who was making a scene. He asked her if she needed help and diffused the situation immediately. Jake went over all the bells and whistles in the car and explained everything very well. Aldin had all the paperwork ready and we picked up the car an hour after we purchased. A good experience all the way around. One thing my husband and I liked is that everyone looked great but weren't in suits. Everyone was very approachable and not intimidating. More
