I have always been afraid of car dealerships and worried that I would be pressured into buying a car, so I took my son along with me. I really liked the idea of trading my car in but afraid of having to set that I would be pressured into buying a car, so I took my son along with me. I really liked the idea of trading my car in but afraid of having to settle for something I really wasn't happy with. Alberto greeted us warmly at the door and his easy going manner made me feel relaxed. I had at first wanted a RAV 4, but saw a Toyota Corolla Cross and fell in love with it. After Alberto explained the difference and showed us models, I was totally happy with the Corolla. Alberto walked us through all the procedures. He was very helpful and polite. I went to Toyota Gladstone because each I had visited they were great and provided me with Ubers to and from work. I will always go back to them. Thank you for a great experience Alberto. More
