All I wanted was an oil change and tire rotation. I had an appointment. I arrived about 10 minutes early. I let them know I was waiting for my vehicle. After an hour of waiting I went to check on the I had an appointment. I arrived about 10 minutes early. I let them know I was waiting for my vehicle. After an hour of waiting I went to check on the status and was COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED & FRUSTRATED to find that my vehicle hadn’t been touched yet and that there were still 3 cars ahead of mine. I FINALLY drove off about 3 hours after my arrival. I WILL NOT be returning to Beck & Masten for any type of service. I prefer to drive to 3x distance to Gay Buick…they ALWAYS provide great service & deliver in a timely manner. More

They need to adjust the way they give pricing for repairs. I was given a price of 223.21 (parts, labor, taxes and apparently a shop charge). Showed up and was told it would be 299 and some change. Th repairs. I was given a price of 223.21 (parts, labor, taxes and apparently a shop charge). Showed up and was told it would be 299 and some change. Then they adjusted a few things and came to be 252. Which was still outrageous. They did eventually say that the “shop charge” is normally 39. Then this needs to be what is shown on the pricing. Not 23. It was appreciated that the advisor looked into it to adjust the payment. This is the only reason why I would not go to a one star review. What prevented a review lower than three stars is the fact that the fuse block that showed no corrosion, rust, water damage, went to crap so soon RIGHT after the 3 year/36,000 warranty. These practices of charging an arm and a leg for a part as well as labor are unethical. If you can’t afford to pay your technicians without upcharging parts and labor by 200%, then maybe this company deserves to go out of business but never will because so many people fall for the pitfalls of it HAS to be fixed and you can’t get it done anywhere else. This will be the last GMC I purchase. I will give Albert the praise for being very calm and collected and dealt with me with professionalism. I became a frustrated customer with the new price change and he did what he could to ease the process. The overall 2 star review should not reflect him at all. It reflects the company itself. More

Everything went well. I found a vehicle on the lot that I wanted to get pictures of and Raphael sent me pictures so even before the vehicle passed inspection I drove and p I found a vehicle on the lot that I wanted to get pictures of and Raphael sent me pictures so even before the vehicle passed inspection I drove and purchased it. I had to bring it back twice for parts before inspection passed but Raphael worked with me to make it happen, I highly recommend the dealership and Raphael for used vehicles. I would like to see more sales women on the floor, most single women prefer working with other women so please work towards making that happen. More
