Terrible Customer Service When I first went here I got an advertisement in the mail. So my mom and I went to see if we could get into a new car. After sitting for about 8 to 10 When I first went here I got an advertisement in the mail. So my mom and I went to see if we could get into a new car. After sitting for about 8 to 10 hours I did drive away with a used Santa Fe. On the test drive I heard a sound from the back tire. We were told its because of the new tires. Okay. As time went on about a few months down the road, the engine light came off and on, my gas gauge wouldnt work. It stayed under E up until I traded it in a week ago. They wouldnt fix these things, but they did rig it enough so when I drove off the lot a few days later it was broke again. But they did let me know I had to fix the fuel injection. This is the same year I bought the car. How did it pass inspections when you certified it to resell it? So since I received another letter in the mail stating they wanted to buy it back for up to 10000 dollars I decided maybe I can go back and possibly just get a new car. Well again my mom and daughter and I go up there and the people we spoke to before just looked at us. Didnt greet us or anything. They decided to send a heavy set man over to us to basically say screw you we cant help you and we know what we sold you and we dont want our lemon back. They didnt want to run credit or write down information. Just chose to look like sheep behind their big desk and stare at us. It was embarrassing and very rude! We left and went up the street to Toyota where a girl named Maria helped us and welcomed us with open arms ad a smile. Even though it was half an hour before closing. I left my information with her and she promised to call me by 2 the next day. And she did by 130! And all the stuff they said they couldnt do she did! And still got me lower payments and a newer car with no money down. I will never go back to that Hyundai dealership again. There are other names I just cant remember who else "helped" over time. More

Susan's Review Everyone was very friendly and courteous. The finance manager helped me through the finance process which was not easy. When I walked into the deale Everyone was very friendly and courteous. The finance manager helped me through the finance process which was not easy. When I walked into the dealership with email in hand, I told my representative that I wanted to purchase my Hyundai Elantra for the price that was documented on my email. That is exactly the price I paid. Unfortunately, those extended warranties get you every time. They add many $$$$$ to the total price. when checking out and signing the papers, the gentleman (I forget his name and title) explained everything that I was signing and was very gracioius. I would highly recommend this dealership to family and friends. My only one bad thing is that it's very far from where I live. More

Great hard working friendly people! I needed a new car and fast! A car I was financing from another local dealership was on its last leg and I was upside down in it. But the team at Spr I needed a new car and fast! A car I was financing from another local dealership was on its last leg and I was upside down in it. But the team at Springfield Hyundai did everything to make this process as easy as possible. Even with my trade givin me more than I ever expected! The dedication of Michelle and her timely responses whenever I had a question is what really made me choose to purchase my vehicle. Then Alark's dedication to finding me a bank that worked for my budget and getting me a great rate as well. Then I can't forget my salesman Steve... I bought a car a few years back from him he was great then and he was even more amazing now! A true vet in the car business he doesn't bs you and does everything in his power to make this a seemingly painless process. The hospitality is one I have never experienced before from a dealership. While my car was getting ready for delivery they knew I had prior engagements and allowed me to take one of their certified vehicles (a 2013 Hyundai Elantra) which ran as great as any brand new car I have ever driven. They even offered my son pizza while we were finising everything up. Who does that? It wasn't for the customers this was this employees lunch and when my 3 year old saw him with it as he was on his way out the door he gave his pizza to him without hesitation. The hospitality, the atmosphere, the dedication from not just sales but the management team, and supporting staff is the best I have ever experienced. I am glad to be part of the Springfield Hyundai family and would recommend anyone looking for a car to go to these guys. You won't feel like another customer or just a commission check. They make you feel as though you're apart of their family, and that's because you are. Thank you guys for an amazing experience you have truly given me an everlasting impression of the way the car business should work and what great customer service looks like. More

I would like to particularly acknowledge our sales person Curtis Wilson. He was very well informed and knowledgeable about the vehicle we eventually purchased and took all the time necessary to explain its various features and answer our questions. All in all, definitely one of our most pleasant car buying experiences. I would certainly recommend this salesperson and dealership to others. More
